This project underwent a comprehensive transformation with a full refurbishment and substantial extension to its south elevation. Every aspect of this project was meticulously executed with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Notable features include bathroom tiling with mitred external corners, showcasing a seamless finish, and ground floor underfloor heating for added comfort. The main staircase, crafted from formwork and cast in situ concrete, boasts a handrail meticulously shaped on-site.

The property features a sophisticated Lutron electric system and modern plaster-in light fittings, enhancing its contemporary appeal. Additionally, select walls feature an ambient LED wash of light, adding a touch of elegance to the interior.
