The existing bungalow was replaced with an outstanding design by xxx. The new structure features challenging elements, including cantilevers and suspended balconies. The ground floor boasts a concrete base with waterproof retaining walls, capped with a concrete first floor. The first-floor walls are constructed from timber glulam, with a full glulam roof, showcasing impressive engineering with a low carbon footprint. The exterior features thermally modified Abodo timber cladding, engineered for stability. Inside, SeaCliff exudes modernity, with sleek flooring, tiles, and decor.
